CJSC "Tiraspol Cereal Complex" forges new personnel for the agricultural industry of the Republic

Within the framework of the agreement between JSC "Tiraspol Cereal Complex", the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the PMR (Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic), the Federation of Trade Unions and the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie "On dual Education", students are trained in practical skills necessary for work.

Thus, practice-oriented (dual) training is understood as a form of implementation by educational organizations of basic professional educational programs, educational programs of vocational training, based on the interaction of educational organizations with organizations engaged in activities in the areas (profiles) in which educational organizations train students. At the same time, the practice should occupy at least 60% of the main professional educational program, the educational program of professional training.

For practical training, students of the State Educational Institution of Secondary Vocational Education "Tiraspol Agrarian and Technical College" specializing in Mechatronics (in agriculture) were sent to our enterprise. Nikolay Dianov was appointed the head of the production practice from the college. Under his guidance, students not only acquire the necessary skills, but also successfully adapt to working conditions, which confirms their high motivation and responsibility.

On July 9, 2024, a visit was organized to the production base of JSC Tiraspol KHP, where four students were interning in the professional module PM 01. During the visit, it was noted that all students have mastered professional competencies such as the installation of components and modules of mechatronic systems, configuration and configuration of programmable logic controllers, development of control programs and commissioning of mechatronic systems.

The practical training of students included:

1. Assembly of components and systems of mechatronic systems,
2. Installation and commissioning of equipment
3. Commissioning and testing of mechatronic systems
4. Programming of mechatronic systems taking into account technological processes

According to the feedback from the head of the practice from our company: "the students showed a high level of responsibility and professionalism. They keep diaries in which they record the work they have done and the hours of practice they have received on a daily basis, which helps to track their progress.".

The production practice is organized at a high level, which contributes to the successful development of professional competencies by students and their preparation for future work in the field of mechatronics in agriculture. According to N. Dianov: "Cooperation with the flagship of the Agricultural industry (CJSC "Tiraspol Cereal Complex") of the republic allows students to gain valuable experience necessary for their professional growth and development."

Since 2020, more than 80 students of various specialties have been trained within the framework of the dual education system on the basis of our company: mechatronics in agriculture, agronomist, mechatronics of reclamation systems
