CJSC "Tiraspol Cereal Complex" forges new personnel for the agricultural industry of the Republic.
Under the agreement between CJSC "Tiraspol Cereal Complex", the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Federation of Trade Unions and the Union of Industrialists, Agriculturalists and Entrepreneurs of Transnistria "On dual education", students are trained in practical skills necessary for work.
Work-linked (dual) education is a form of implementation of educational programmes in which educational institutions actively cooperate with profile organisations engaged in practical activities in the relevant fields of education. In this approach, the practical component accounts for at least 60% of the volume of the basic vocational education or training programme.
Students of the Tiraspol State Agricultural Technical College, specialising in mechatronics (agriculture), were sent to our company for practical training. Nikolai Gennadievich Dianov was appointed by the college as the head of the industrial practice. Under his guidance, the students not only acquire the necessary skills, but also successfully adapt to the working conditions, which confirms their high motivation and sense of responsibility.
On the 9th of July a visit was organised to the production base of CJSC "Tiraspol KHP", where four students had an internship in the professional module PM 01. During the visit it was found out that all students have mastered professional competences such as assembly of components and modules of mechatronic systems, setting and configuration of programmable logic controllers, development of control programmes and adjustment of mechatronic systems.
Includes practical training for students:
- the assembly of sub-assemblies and systems of mechatronic systems;
- the installation and adjustment of the equipment;
- the commissioning and testing of mechatronic systems;
- the programming of mechatronic systems, taking into account the technological processes.
According to feedback from our company's internship supervisor: The students have shown a high level of responsibility and professionalism. They keep diaries in which they record their work and training hours on a daily basis, which helps to monitor their progress'.
Industrial practice is organised at a high level, which contributes to the students' successful acquisition of professional competences and prepares them for future work in the field of agricultural mechatronics. According to N.G. Dianov, "Cooperation with the flagship of the Republic's agricultural industry (CJSC TKHP) allows students to gain valuable experience necessary for their professional growth and development".
Since 2020, more than 80 students have been trained at our company in various fields of dual education: agricultural mechatronics, agronomy, land reclamation mechatronics.
With best wishes,
The team of the Tiraspol Cereal Complex
