The Tiraspol Cereal Complex has been providing services for the cultivation and harvesting of agricultural products for more than 30 years in Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova.
During this time, we have managed to accumulate a lot of useful experience for working with different grains and oilseeds. Today, the grain complex owns more than 25,000 hectares of land intended for growing high-quality crops. Modern agricultural machinery, experienced staff and properly equipped granaries also help in this task.
The plant has actively invested in the modernization of its equipment and production technologies in order to improve the quality and range of products. Today, the Tiraspol Bakery is one of the largest food industry enterprises in the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova
There are 4,252 hectares under irrigation. 67 sprinkler units were installed for watering them. The arable land is located in the city of Tiraspol. And also in Slobodzeya, Grigoriopol and Dubossary districts. It grows wheat to a greater extent (8000 hectares — 45% of the sown area). Two thousand more hectares have been given over to rye, barley, peas and buckwheat. All these are raw materials for the production of flour and cereals. Crops such as rapeseed, mustard, corn and sunflower are cultivated for sale.
The money received from the sale is used to purchase seeds, fertilizers, protective equipment, spare parts for equipment and machinery imported from abroad. Last year, the planting material was diversified with flax, soy, sorghum and millet seeds.
