Laboratories perform the quality control function at the elevator, their task is to obtain timely and accurate information about the condition of grain.
Before the grain from the fields gets to processing, samples are made to assess the quality indicators.
The results of the laboratory's analysis are the most important document on the basis of which the cost of products is formed, and it is the laboratory's assessment that affects the price of grain in supply contracts. Our laboratory is accredited and regularly undergo checks to confirm its status.

The elevator offers services for determining the quality, acceptance and storage of various types of grain, including wheat, barley, corn and other grain crops. The laboratory of CJSC "Tiraspol Cereal Complex" determines the smell, color and quality indicators of incoming grain according to the State Quality Standard (moisture, foreign matter, grain/oil impurity, gluten/IDK, natural, contamination). Depending on the quality, the grain will be sent for cleaning, and if necessary - to a dryer to bring the grain to a quality that ensures its long-term storage in metal containers and floor storage warehouses.

The elevator is equipped with highly efficient equipment for cleaning grain from impurities such as dust, stems, leaves and other foreign particles. This allows you to get clean and high-quality grain.

The elevator is equipped with modern drying systems that allow you to remove excess moisture from the grain and prevent its spoilage. Drying is carried out using special technologies and is controlled by experienced specialists.

The elevator provides services for packing grain into bags or big bags, as well as its shipment to vehicles for further delivery to customers. Packing and shipment are carried out in compliance with all necessary international standards and requirements.
