Sunflower oil (unrefined) is a natural product of the first pressing, obtained from selected sunflower seeds without the use of chemical solvents. It has a pronounced aroma of seeds, amber tint and rich flavour. Ideal for salad dressings, cold snacks and traditional cuisine. Thanks to minimal processing, it retains the maximum of biologically active substances. It is used both for food purposes and in cosmetology and folk medicine. Nutritional value: contains polyunsaturated fatty acids (including linoleic and oleic acids), vitamin E, phospholipids, phytosterols and natural antioxidants.
